Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Spiritual Leadership dan Training Effectiveness terhadap Green Engagement dengan Workplace Spirituality sebagai variabel mediasi pada karyawan hotel di Jakarta Selatan. Penelitian ini melibatkan 224 responden yang bekerja di beberapa hotel wilayah tersebut, dengan mayoritas berjenis kelamin perempuan. Hasil analisis deskriptif menunjukkan bahwa keempat variabel utama dalam penelitian ini—Spiritual Leadership, Training Effectiveness, Workplace Spirituality, dan Green Engagement—dipersepsikan tinggi oleh responden. Analisis selanjutnya menunjukkan bahwa baik Spiritual Leadership maupun Training Effectiveness memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Green Engagement. Workplace Spirituality juga terbukti memiliki pengaruh langsung yang signifikan terhadap Green Engagement. Selain itu, Spiritual Leadership dan Training Effectiveness secara signifikan memengaruhi Workplace Spirituality. Temuan penting lainnya adalah peran mediasi signifikan Workplace Spirituality dalam hubungan antara Spiritual Leadership dan Training Effectiveness terhadap Green Engagement. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa pengaruh kepemimpinan spiritual dan efektivitas pelatihan terhadap keterlibatan lingkungan akan lebih optimal apabila disertai pembentukan lingkungan kerja yang bermakna secara spiritual.
