Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Green Transformational Leadership dan Green Mindfulness terhadap Team Innovative Behavior dengan Green Creativity sebagai variabel mediasi pada karyawan hotel di Jakarta Pusat. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa seluruh variabel berada pada tingkat yang tinggi, mencerminkan komitmen organisasi terhadap praktik ramah lingkungan. Green Transformational Leadership dan Green Mindfulness terbukti memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Green Creativity dan Team Innovative Behavior. Selain itu, Green Creativity juga berpengaruh positif terhadap Team Innovative Behavior serta berperan sebagai mediator signifikan dalam hubungan antara kepemimpinan transformasional hijau dan kesadaran lingkungan dengan perilaku inovatif tim. Temuan ini menekankan pentingnya peran kepemimpinan dan kesadaran lingkungan dalam mendorong kreativitas dan inovasi tim demi mendukung keberlanjutan organisasi.
