Berdasarkan data penelitian WHO pada tahun 2021, operasi caesar terus meningkat secara global, saat ini mencakup lebih dari 1 dari 5 (21%) dari seluruh persalinan. Operasi sesar dapat meningkatkan risiko bagi ibu, yang dapat berdampak buruk pada kesehatan ibu dan berdampak negatif terhadap morbiditas dan mortalitas neonatal. Penelitian ini untuk mengkaji bagaimana shared values tim bidan Klinik Pratama Rawat Inap Alnaira dalam mengimplementasikan program Personal Companion Midwife (PCM). Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan etnografi. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian didapatkan terdapat 2 shared values yang peneliti dapat yaitu shared values PCM dan shared values Midwife. Untuk shared values PCM yaitu Trusted, Structured Process, dan Emotional Support. Sedangkan untuk shared values dari Midwife (bidan itu sendiri) yaitu Engagement, Initiative dan Directing. Program PCM memastikan adanya kepercayaan dan struktur yang profesional, sementara bidan memainkan peran kunci dalam memberikan dukungan emosional, keterlibatan yang tulus, serta inisiatif dalam mengatasi setiap kendala yang mungkin timbul.Kata Kunci: Etnografi, Personal Companion Midwife, Shared values, Unlogic birth.
