Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji pengaruh pengembangan inovasi terhadap kinerja karyawan di industri media televisi, dengan motivasi sebagai variabel mediasi. Melalui survei yang melibatkan 106 responden, hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengembangan inovasi secara signifikan meningkatkan kinerja karyawan. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa inovasi bukan hanya tentang menghasilkan produk atau layanan baru, tetapi juga menjadi katalis untuk meningkatkan kinerja individu. Variabel motivasi telah terbukti memediasi hubungan antara pengembangan inovasi dan kinerja karyawan, yang menunjukkan bahwa inovasi yang efektif harus dibarengi dengan upaya untuk menjaga motivasi karyawan tetap tinggi. Implikasi dari penelitian ini bagi manajemen perusahaan media adalah penting untuk terus mendorong pengembangan inovasi dalam proses produksi dan sekaligus memperhatikan faktor-faktor yang dapat meningkatkan motivasi karyawan. Penelitian lebih lanjut diperlukan dengan faktor inovasi yang melibatkan kecerdasan buatan yang dapat membantu pekerjaan karyawan
