Analisis Persepsi Karyawan terhadap Kepemimpinan Iklim Organisasi dan Motivasi dalam Meningkatkan Kinerja

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis persepsi karyawan terhadap kepemimpinan, iklim organisasi, dan motivasi serta pengaruhnya dalam meningkatkan kinerja karyawan. Latar belakang penelitian ini didasarkan pada pentingnya peran pemimpin, suasana kerja yang kondusif, dan motivasi individu dalam mendorong produktivitas dan efektivitas kerja. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan teknik survei melalui kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada sejumlah karyawan di sebuah organisasi. Data dianalisis menggunakan regresi berganda untuk mengetahui pengaruh masing-masing variabel independen terhadap kinerja. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan yang partisipatif, iklim organisasi yang suportif, serta motivasi yang tinggi secara simultan dan parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap peningkatan kinerja karyawan.
