Hubungan antara Perceived Financial Threat dengan Kecenderungan Neurotisme pada Komunitas Pesisir Pantai Tlocor

Penelitian ini menguji hubungan antara perceived financial threat dengan kecenderungan neurotisme pada komunitas pesisir Pantai Tlocor. Ketidakpastian ekonomi yang dialami oleh Masyarakat pesisir, seperti fluktuasi hasil laut dan kondisi cuaca, berpotensi mempengaruhi kestabilan psikologis individu, terutama yang memiliki kecenderungan neurotisme. Penelitian ini mengguakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain korelasional. Subjek penelitian berjumlah 60 orang yang dipilih secara purposive sampling berdasarkan kriteria tertentu. Instrumen penelitian menggunakan Financial Threat Scale (FTS) yang dikembangkan oleh Marjanovic (Marjanovic et al., 2013) dan skala neurotisme yang diambil dari aspek John dan Srivastava (John & Srivastava. Sanjay, 1999). Teknik analisis data dilakukan menggunakan korelasi person untuk menguji hubungan antara kedua variabel. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya hubungan positif antara perceived financial threat dengan kecenderungan neurotisme pada Masyarakat pesisir.
