Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji pembangkangan sipil yang dilakukan masyarakat terhadap Kepolisian Negara Republik Indonesia (POLRI) berdasarkan tagar #percumalaporpolisi melalui Twitter. Fokus penelitian ini adalah penyebaran informasi melalui Twitter mengenai pembangkangan sipil yang dilakukan masyarakat terhadap Kepolisian Negara Republik Indonesia (POLRI) yang diteliti sejak 8 Oktober 2021 hingga 22 Oktober 2021. Penelitian ini berupaya menjawab pertanyaan substantif: pembangkangan sipil yang dilakukan masyarakat terhadap kinerja Kepolisian Negara Republik Indonesia. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah Q-DAS (Qualitative Data Analysis Software) dengan menggunakan perangkat lunak Nvivo 12 Plus sebagai instrumen analisis. Sumber data penelitian berasal dari unggahan Twitter dengan menggunakan tagar #percumalaporpolisi sebagai objek utama. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sentimen negatif masyarakat terhadap Kepolisian Negara Republik Indonesia semakin menguat. Sentimen negatif tersebut dapat dimaknai sebagai bentuk pembangkangan sipil yang tidak dapat dibendung oleh masyarakat dengan total sebesar 86%. Tagar #percumalaporpolisi disertai dengan berbagai kisah warga yang kecewa terhadap polisi. Melalui analisis kata-kata yang paling sering muncul, peneliti mengekstrak 20 kata dari #percumalaporpolisi. Konten ini berisi kritik publik yang seringkali memicu kemarahan masyarakat terkait kasus-kasus yang belum terselesaikan oleh Kepolisian Negara Republik Indonesia (POLRI).
