Abstract

Perubahan iklim telah menjadi ancaman nyata bagi keberlanjutan sektor pariwisata, khususnya di wilayah yang memiliki kerentanan ekologis tinggi. Dalam situasi ini, kebutuhan akan tata kelola wisata yang bersifat adaptif menjadi semakin mendesak untuk menjaga ketahanan destinasi pariwisata. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menelaah strategi tata kelola pariwisata yang adaptif terhadap perubahan iklim dengan menggunakan pendekatan systematic literature review. Penelitian ini bersifat kualitatif dan mengkaji literatur akademik yang relevan dengan tema utama yaitu tata kelola wisata, perubahan iklim, dan pengelolaan destinasi. Pemilihan literatur dilakukan secara purposif berdasarkan kriteria kelayakan yang telah ditetapkan. Kajian ini mencakup literatur dari berbagai kawasan dunia, seperti Asia, Eropa, dan Australia, yang dianalisis melalui pendekatan tematik berdasarkan konteks sosial, kelembagaan, dan kebijakan publik. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa tata kelola wisata yang adaptif ditandai oleh kemampuan kelembagaan untuk merespons dinamika perubahan, pelibatan aktif masyarakat lokal, serta adanya integrasi kebijakan lintas sektor. Keberhasilan strategi adaptasi juga ditentukan oleh kolaborasi multipihak antara aktor pemerintah, swasta, dan komunitas, dengan mempertimbangkan karakteristik lokal. Implikasi dari penelitian ini menegaskan pentingnya pengembangan kebijakan pariwisata yang inklusif, responsif, dan berbasis pada sistem adaptasi yang dinamis untuk menjawab tantangan perubahan iklim secara berkelanjutan.
