Systematic Literature Review : Intervensi Digital untuk Meningkatkan Kesehatan Mental pada Remaja

Perkembangan teknologi digital telah memberikan peluang besar untuk mendukung kesehatan mental remaja usia 10-19 tahun melalui intervensi digital yang mudah diakses dan fleksibel. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode systematic literature review untuk mengevaluasi efektivitas, jenis intervensi, faktor pendukung dan penghambat, kualitas metodologis, serta pengaruh karakteristik demografis dan sosial budaya terhadap intervensi digital kesehatan mental remaja pada studi yang dipublikasikan antara 2018–2023. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa intervensi berbasis terapi perilaku kognitif, gamifikasi, literasi kesehatan mental digital, serta teknologi seperti kecerdasan buatan dan wearable device efektif mengurangi kecemasan, depresi, dan stres. Keberhasilan implementasi bergantung pada desain yang menarik, dukungan sosial, dan adaptasi budaya yang tepat. Meski demikian, tantangan terkait akses teknologi, privasi data, dan variasi budaya perlu mendapat perhatian serius. Kualitas metodologis penelitian menunjukkan tren peningkatan dengan banyaknya systematic reviews dan meta-analyses. Penyesuaian intervensi berdasarkan konteks sosial dan kebutuhan spesifik individu menjadi kunci untuk efektivitas jangka panjang. Temuan ini penting bagi pengembangan program intervensi digital yang aman, efektif, dan berkelanjutan untuk kesehatan mental remaja
