Abstract

This study aims to analyze the current state of digitalization in Es Teler & Ayam Bakar Bu Endang, identify the information technology needs to support business management, and evaluate the potential implementation of an ERP system based on SAP. A qualitative approach was used, involving direct observation and in-depth interviews. The findings indicate that an ERP system such as SAP can assist in automating financial records, inventory management, and sales data tracking. Moreover, the CRM and SCM modules in SAP have the potential to enhance customer service efficiency and supply chain operations. Nevertheless, the primary challenges in implementation include budget constraints, limited infrastructure, and human resource readiness. Therefore, a phased digitalization strategy starting with essential module selection, basic employee training, and utilizing lightweight cloud-based SAP versions is recommended to initiate a sustainable digital transformation.
