ANALISIS KESIAPSIAGAAN SALAH SATU RUMAH SAKIT KOTA SEMARANG BERDASARKAN INDEKS KESELAMATAN RUMAH SAKIT

Abstract

Indonesia ranks 2nd out of 193 countries in the world, with a disaster risk level in Indonesia of 43.50%. Hospitals have a key role in disaster management and emergencies. This research method is a mix method sequential explanatory with a cross sectional design, which is a research that the first stage is carried out using quantitative then continued with qualitative. The quantitative method was carried out by analyzing the secondary data of HSI RS X Semarang City, the findings of the problems in the secondary data were then explored more deeply using qualitative methods with primary data observation and in-depth interviews with several resource persons. Based on 3 (three) criteria for assessing the Hospital Safety Index in this study, the results were obtained: structural preparedness value of 1.00, non-structural preparedness value of 1.00, and emergency and disaster management preparedness value of 0.83. Based on the research, there are several elements in emergency management that need attention and improvement, including: responsibilities and training of committee members, appointment of emergency and disaster management coordinators, disaster or hospital emergency planning, sub-planning on hazard specifications in hospitals, sop activation and deactivation planning, training, evaluation and correction of the implementation of disaster and hospital emergency planning, hospital recovery planning, various.
