Analisis Implementasi Budaya Sekolah Berbasis Religius
Abstract
This research aims to describe the implementation of religious-based school culture and the impact of implementing religious-based school culture. This research uses qualitative research with non-participant observation methods. The research location is SD NU 01 Sunan Kalijaga. The research period starts from March to September 2023. The informants in this research are school principals, teachers and students in grades III and V. Data collection techniques use interviews, observation and documentation. Data validity is carried out by source triangulation and technical triangulation. The data analysis techniques used are data collection, data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions/verification. The results of this research are school religious activity programs, implementation and evaluation, among others. (1) Implementation of religious-based school culture includes dhuha prayers in congregation, TPQ, reading asmaul husna, dhuhur prayers in congregation, and madrasa schools (Madrasah Diniyah Takmiliyah Ulya). (2) The impact of implementing a religious-based school culture, such as increasing employability related to student productivity and personality, developing commitment to student obedience, building student motivation in religious activities and learning, and achieving focused goals in accordance with the school's vision and mission to create moral values noble character in students.
