Pengaruh Organizational Justice Dengan Dimediasi Oleh Organizational Commitment, Burnout Serta Job Satisfaction Terhadap Turnover Intention Pada Karyawan Di PT Nisson Indonesia

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui variabel organizational commitment sebagai variabel mediasi yang juga berpengaruh atas turnover intention selain itu variabel burnout dan variabel job satisfaction juga diamati dalam hubungan antara organizational justice dengan turnover intention. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan Structural Equation Model dan aplikasi statistik. Pengambilan data dengan survei kuesioner yang disebarluaskan pada seluruh pekerja kontrak sebanyak 376 orang di PT Nisson Indonesia. Hasil penelitian ini menghasilkan beberapa temuan. Pertama persepsi organizational justice berpengaruh negatif terhadap burnout. Kedua, organizational justice mempengaruhi positif job satisfaction. Ketiga, organizational justice mempengaruhi positif organizational commitment. Keempat, burnout mempengaruhi negatif terhadap job satisfaction. Kelima, job satisfaction mempengaruhi negatif terhadap turnover intention. Keenam, organizational commitment mempengaruhi negatif terhadap turnover intention. Ketujuh, burnout tidak mempengaruhi positif terhadap turnover intention. Kedelapan, organizational justice tidak mempengaruhi negatif terhadap turnover intention. Kesembilan, organizational commitment, burnout, dan job satisfaction, memediasi terhadap turnover intention. Kesimpulan pada penelitian ini bagi organisasi, yaitu meningkatkan organizational justice, organizational commitment dan job satisfaction serta mengurangi burnout akan dapat membuat turnover intention pada karyawan berkurang.

Orisinalitas penelitian ini adalah penelitian pertama yang mengevaluasi pengaruh variabel organizational commitment dalam hubungan antara organizational justice dengan turnover intention di PT Nisson Indonesia.
